He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Bortka (Newbill); his mother Filma Casey; his stepfather Roy Casey; his brother Terry Bortka; Gary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Jo Brooks (Dave) and Christy Reed (Matt); his grandchildren, Marley Saville (Blake), Brendan Brooks (Cameron), Megan Heueisen (Benjamin), Kaci Reed and Emily Reed; his great grandchildren, Olivia Saville, Maxwell Saville, Layla Brooks and Baby Heueisen; and his sister Rosemary Frankenfield (Donald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends.
