He is survived by: his mother Luanne Lukaszewski (Johnson) of Huntley, IL; his children, Kyle Lukaszewski (Meg) of Pleasant Plains, IL and Lauren Moscardelli (Ben) of Louisburg, KS; his grandchildren, Vittoria Kates, Violet, Barrett Moscardelli and Lincoln Lukaszewski; and his siblings, Linda Wilson (Kevin) of Azle, TX, Susan Buczkowski (Emil) of Westmont, IL and John Lukaszewski (Kay) of Crystal Lake, IL.

Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Protective League of Springfield, IL where he adopted his beloved dog, Gracie.
