He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Weaver; his daughters, Barbara Lyons (Troy) and Sarah Brake (Denny); his grandchildren, Justin Post (Rhonda), Dannon Brake, Dakota Brake (Augusta) and Danica Brake; his great grandchildren, Trinity Post and Weylyn Post; and his brother George Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
