She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy W. Hartley and Olive V. Hartley (Francke); her siblings, Nadyne Hartley Fusco and Francke Hartley; her husband Russell Turner; her daughter Sherlyn DeVault (Sherry); and her grandson Sean Morelli.
She is survived by: her children, James Turner (Vincenza) of Daytona Beach, FL and Lisa Turner (Mary Malina) of Erie, CO. She is also survived by four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations to honor Juanita may be made to The New Hope Presbyterian Church, General Fund.
