She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle D. Simmons and Luella Beth Simmons (Leavell); her siblings, Carol Bryson, Lawrence Simmons and Martha Simmons; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Boline.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Boline; her children, Adrian Patrick Boline of Spring Hill, Robin Bruce Boline (Kim) of Olathe, Beth Ann Cramer (Martin) of Springfield and Leonard Chad Boline (Stacy) of Spring Hill, Kansas; and her siblings, Bruce Simmons (Patricia "Tom"), Susan Partridge (Chuck) and David Simmons (Connie). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Life Community Church.
