She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Casey and Mary "Jeanne" Casey; and her brother-in-law Al Murray. She is survived by: her husband John Foster; her daughter Casey Modersohn (Bryan); her grandchildren, Aidan, Brody and Carah; her pet Foxy; and her siblings, Mark Casey (Kathy) and Roseann Murray (Al). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made in Karen's memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
