He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W Harper Jr. and Catherine Cramer; and his brother Howard W. Harper of Leavenworth, Kansas.. He is survived by: his siblings, Chriss Harper of St Joseph Missouri and Lisa Blanck (Bill) of Easton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
