He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Marie Gould; and his mother Berneita Singleton. He is survived by: his daughters, Chelsea Marie Singleton of Overland Park, Haley Annette Temple of Gardner and Brandi Lindsey of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his sisters, Debby Casey of Olathe, Beth Singleton of Brookfield and Becky Singleton of Dexter, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Landon Smith, Wyatt Smith, Aiden Temple, Ella Cordell, Avery Smith, Tyler Temple, Jace Sharp, Makenzie Sharp, Kenyana Linsey, AnTwan Lindsey, Keonte Wilson and Kanye Wilson. He is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and sent in care of the funeral home.
