He is survived by: his father Dennis Eugene Butler of Belleville, KS; his wife Larissa Butler (Woodside) of Olathe, KS; his daughters, Kaitlyn and Lauren; his half-sister Megan; and his uncle Kenny Roe (Tammie (Herrington)).
