He is survived by: his children, Chris Evans (Katie), Dr. Toni Harrison (Roberto) and Hayes; his grandchildren, Noah, Caleb Evans of Olathe, Jacob, Samantha and Eric Hayes of Phoenix, Arizona; and his sister Dorothy "Dot" Koob (Gunther) of Gering, Nebraska. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
