He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bartholomew and Malisca Bartholomew; his siblings, Lynn, Wayne Bartholomew and Lena; his brother-in-law Fred Foren; his former wife Erline Pennington; and his daughters, Diane Newton (Les), Kathy McEver and Sandy Bartholomew.

He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Bartholomew; his sisters-in-law, Wanda Bartholomew and Joy Lea Bartholomew; his grandchildren, Brandi Rodgers, Brandon Morris and Travis Morris; and his son-in-law Dennis Morris. He is also survived by spouses; and many nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren.
