She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Earl and Netta Garner (Smith); and her brother Terry Garner. She is survived by: her husband Gene; her daughters, Tiffanie Rose of Gardner, KS and Angela Bishop (Joshua) of Louisburg; her sister Sue Rathbone of Loxahatchee, FL; her grandchildren, Bailey, Caylor, Cody, Chloe, Taylor and Gracie; and her great grandchildren, Kyler and Haisley. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
