She is survived by: her sister Pam; her sons, Jay (Michelle) and Chris (Shannon); her grandchildren, Kory (Kacie), Madison, Storm (Alexis), Koby (Kamri) and Dylan; and her great grandchildren, Mattix, Hudson, Moxlie, Sutton and Tatum.
