As Lorraine departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lorraine. Though Lorraine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Heinrich and Marie Heinrich of Buffalo, NY.; her husband Bob (Sweet); and her brother Edward Heinrich of Marilla, NY.. She is survived by: her children, Sue Baldridge (David) of Olathe, KS, Nancy Shain (Harold) of Georgetown, IN, Janet Williams (Bruce) of Port Charlotte, FL and Robert Heidenburg Jr. (Lisa) of Branson, MO. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great grand children.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Johnson County Memorial Gardens (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210).
The family has asked in Lieu of flowers, that a donation, in her name, be made to Olathe Hospice.
