She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Cheri Self (Jeff) and Joshua Martin (Kristen); her grandchildren, Chelbi Sealey (Derek), Jesse Martin (Jenny), Kali Martin, Taylor Sanz (Marc), Kody Self (Jamiee) and Colton Self; her great grandchildren, Dominic Martin, Chase Sanz, Denise Sanz, Elyse Sanz, Emberly Self, Abby Self and Sutton Self; and her sister Lisa Andrew.
