She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene Lowe and Lela Lowe; her husband Billy Brumbaugh; her siblings, Billy, Bobby, Jimmy, David Lowe, Gina Hall, Suellyn Stone Sherrie (John), Deeanna Dornes (Kenny), Ronnie, Dannie (Carmelle) and Larry Lowe; and her children, Billy Brumbaugh, Darla Reust, Rita Brumbaugh, Ronda Brumbaugh (Joe) and Shawn Brumbaugh (Shelly). She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
