It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Valeria Monks (Olathe, Kansas), born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nickolas Vodila and Elizabeth Vodila (Antal); and her brothers, John, Bill, Barney, George and Nick.
She is survived by: her children, Gerry Monks (Marie), Dan Monks, Andrea Rauch (Jim) and Michele Gramling (Rick); her grandchildren, Nick, Sean, Sarah, Zach, Brody, Josh, Keri, Ian, Adam, Marina, Tristan, Braden and Jensen; and her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Paige, Cole, Emma and Mariana.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
