He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hermansen and Varley Lee Hermansen (Erickson). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bunten; his children, Lynne Hermansen of Olathe, Kansas and Erik Hermansen of Olathe, Kansas; his brother Glenn Hermansen (Heidi); and his granddaughter Isabella Hermansen.
