She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Lotze and Marion Lotze. She is survived by: her husband Kirk Smith; her daughters, Rachel Floreen (Matthew) and Erin Aiken (Brian); her brothers, Donald Lotze (Joan), Kenneth Lotze (Jerri), Robert Lotze (Geri) and John Lotze (Betsy); her grandchildren, Shiloh, Beckett Aiken, Abigail and Naomi Floreen; and her caregiver Mary Beth. She is also survived by her family, friends.
