She is survived by: her husband Ernie (Olathe); her brother Everett Blake of Hutchinson, KS; and her children, Darrel Willoughby, John Sommerfeld of Biloxi, MS, Penny Willoughby of Seattle, WA and Kat Jameson of Independence, MO. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
