Mary Lynne Schuler Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lynne Schuler of Olathe, Kansas, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas and Margaret Rose Flynn (Dolan); her husband Bill; her son John Starr; and her brother Bill Flynn.

She is survived by: her daughter Rose Hoffman (Posey); her siblings, Bob Flynn (Beverly), Maureen Steed (Danny) and Paul Flynn (Marilynn); her sister-in-law Donna Munt (Fair); her grandsons, Nathan Crist and Michael Crist (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Caleb and Naomi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Parkinson's Disease forced another move to assisted living in Wichita Falls, Texas and then again back to Kansas to be closer to her daughter, Posey.
