He is survived by: his former wife Suzette Fisher; his daughters, Tiffany Brizendine (Jess), Megan Savage (Travis) and Amanda Strom (Jeremy) of Stilwell, KS.; his grandchildren, Coleman, Anderson, Lewis Strom, Eli, Adalyn Savage, Christopher and Cameron Brizendine; his wife Nancy Windes; his siblings, Bill Windes (Jeanie), Pat Windes (Robin), Ramona Jablonski (Richard) and Maribeth Painter; and his sister-in-law Phyllis Windes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
