He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Chura and Connie Chura (Patton). He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Jason, Stacey, Amanda (Aaron) and Leah (Matthew); his sister Donna; and his granddaughter Lydia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
