In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Michael had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Michael may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Grinnell and Helen Grinnell (Brown); and his siblings, Robin Goble and Kim Grinnell. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Grinnell (Kennedy); his children, Stephen Grinnell (Danice) and Heather Hayes; and his grandchildren, Victoria Zubrod (Andrew), Tiarnan Hayes and Cormac Hayes. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Elks Lodge #26 (515 E 99th St, Kansas City, MO 64131).
