She is survived by: her children, Amy Gulley (Chris Gulley) and Ryan Forest (Raylene Forest); her grandchildren, Andy, Ryan, Asia of Brianna, RJ, Olivia, Zach and Lillian; her nephews, John David Peck, Steven Peck and Brad Reed; and her siblings-in-law, Don Seyfert, Jane Anglin and Carol Peck.
