She is survived by: her husband Robert Charles Welsh; her daughters, Brenda Lang (Messmer) of Gardner, KS. and Katherine O'Neil (Walters) of Lenexa, KS.; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Messmer of Wellsville, KS; her stepchildren, Michelle Hampshire of Daytona Beach, FL and David Welsh of Live Oak, FL.; her mother-in-law Irene Welsh of Daytona Beach, FL.; her sisters, Nancy (James DeLaney Olathe) and Ann (Beau Campbell) of Spring Hill, KS.; her grandchildren, John Messmer, Matt Lang, Jonathon Russell, Lee Messmer, Sarah Lang, Allison O'Neil, Bailey Hampshire and Dakota; and her caregiver Paula.
