With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Renate K. Voepel (Olathe, Kansas), who passed away on August 3, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Karl; her sister Ingrid Fellenz; her children, Kai Voepel (Martha), Christina Hoffman (Angela Locke) and Jens Voepel (Emily Snow); her grandchildren, Bryan Ash (Samantha Meland) and Danielle Spitza (Chad); her great grandchild Christoph; and her pet Luna.

In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to KC Pet Project in Renate's name.
