He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fred and Dolores Carlson Owen; and his sisters, Carolyn Anderson and Barb Scanlan. He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his daughter Lacey Maughan (Kevin Maughan); his grandchildren, Thomas Richard, Parker Owen and Eleanor Emma Maughan of Kansas City; his daughter Caroline Weber (Louie Weber); his granddaughters, Dorothy Ann and Virginia Margaret Weber of Dallas, Texas; and his siblings, Robert Owen, Kathie Stemm and Margaret Gray (James Gray). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Pembroke Hill School, Christ the King Catholic School in Dallas, Texas, where his five grandchildren attend school.
