With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Deane Cannell in Olathe, Kansas, who passed away on September 18, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Deane L. Cannell and Louise B. Cannell; his wife Mary Jean Cannell of Elkhart, IN.; his son Todd (Gina) of Tyrone, GA; his grandson Stephen; his daughter Karen Brennecke (David) of Olathe, KS; his granddaughter Katelyn Murillo (Dakota); his great grandchild Lorrie; his grandsons, Tyler (Kayli) and Connor; his son Kevin (Carey) of Olathe, KS; and his grandchildren, Natalie and Jack.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts are suggested to the Boy Scouts of America, Springfield, IL; Shriners Hospital for Children, Shreveport, Louisiana; and Stanford University Foundation, Stanford, California.
