He was predeceased by : his parents, Maxine Neumer and Robert Neumer; his wife Alicia Neumer; and his brother Thomas L. Neumer. He is survived by : his sons, Nathan Thomas Neumer and Kevin Jason-Milton Neumer; his stepson Jacob; his uncle Bill Haemmerle; and his siblings-in-law, Robert and Jennifer Israel.
