He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Pulliam; his daughter Christina Hiemstra; his son-in-law Erik Hiemstra; his daughters, Melissa Pulliam and Jillian Walters; his son-in-law Trever Walters; his grandchildren, Emma Hiemstra, William Hiemstra, Lauren Hiemstra, Leah Walters and Logan Walters; and his siblings, William Pulliam (Thada) and Kathy Linscott (Ken).
