With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosalie Ann Fulks of Olathe, Kansas, born in Eudora, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Simeon Joseph and Hazel Dell Rothberger (Wilson). She is survived by: her children, Mark Fulks (Nancy) and Stephanie Liebig; her grandchildren, Nicholaus, Lauren, Joshua, Brandon and Sydnie; and her sister Joan Shelley (Charles). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
