He was predeceased by: his mother Minnie A. Krauss; his wife Evelyn June Johns; his great grandchildren, Marcie and Jaycie Ellis; and his siblings, Ralph, Robert, Raymond Blubaugh and Lois Nilges.
He is survived by: his father Oscar H. Blubaugh; his daughters, Diane Hastert (Duane) of Garnett and Deann Mitchell (Greg) of Olathe, Kansas; his granddaughters, Meagan Ingold (Josh), Lauryn Linzay (Jesse), Shelby Ellis (Tim) and Sydney Gray (Tristan); his great grandchildren, Carter, Kaysen Ingold and Ellis; and his siblings, Roger Blubaugh (Judy) of Olathe, Reuben Blubaugh (Barbara) of Excelsior Springs, David Blubaugh (Sheila) of Ft. Scott, Steve Blubaugh of Excelsior Springs and Norma Jean Nilges of Garnett.
