She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Conner and Meda Conner (Rogers); her husband George England; and her brothers, Steve Conner and Richard Conner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly McCoy and Kristy Shepard. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
