It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Beatrice Frazier of Olathe, Kansas, born in Linden, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin Perry Frazier; and her parents, Reverend Noah Williams and Anna Bruce Williams. She is survived by: her children, Lesli, Brittany, Wayne and Malik; her brother Caldwell Williams; and her grandchildren, Caleb, Jamesperry and Isabel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and more friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Episcopal Church (2732 Benton Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64128). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Augustine's Episcopal Church will be greatly appreciated.
