He was predeceased by: his brother Russell McIntosh. He is survived by: his parents, Warren McIntosh and Sharlot McIntosh (Roberts) of Panama City, FL; his wife Jamie McIntosh; and his children, Logan, Shane, Denham and Quincy. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and extended family.
