With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scotty Warren Owens of Olathe, Kansas, born in Leon, Iowa, who passed away on September 30, 2023 at the age of 58. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Scotty Warren Owens to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Lyle Owens and Edna Joanne (Smith); and his father-in-law Robert Paul Miller. He is survived by: his brother Jay Wesley; his wife Dawn Owens; his children, Grant Dakota Owens, Colton Scott Owens and Hope Nicole Owens; his mother-in-law Evelyn Miller; his siblings, Jay Owens (Sharon) and Lorena Jo Miller (Roy); and his sister-in-law Jeanne Bradford (Barry). He is also survived by six nephews, two nieces, five great nephews, and two great nieces.

In his final hours, Scott courageously saved three lives through organ donation.
