With sadness, we share the passing of Sharon Stine Scarpitta of Olathe, Kansas. Sharon, born on November 10, 1942, passed away on June 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Sharon for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Ludwig and Nicholas Chartier; and her husband Joseph M. Scarpitta. She is survived by: her brother Nicholas E. Chartier II (Shirley) of Blue Springs, Missouri; and her children, Nikki Stine of Independence, Robin Stine of Lawrence, Kansas, Scott Stine of Shawnee, Bret Stine (Terri) of Bentonville and Jerry Stine of Kansas City, Missouri. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and five nieces.
