With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Decker of Olathe, Kansas, who passed away on February 12, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith McPhail (Spruell) and Vernon McPhail. She is survived by: her husband Richard Lee Decker; her sons, Richard Lee Jr. Decker of Olathe, KS and Lawrence Vernon Decker of Shawnee, KS; and her great grandchildren, Avery, Kaden, Kinsley, Logan, Noah, Arianna and Oaklynn. She is also survived by her four grandchildren.
