She was predeceased by: her parents, John Parsell and Louise Harper; her husband Paul Bennett; her stepmother Joyce Parsell; and her brother Tommy.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Bennett (Andrea); her grandchildren, Paxton and Dayton; her daughter Jennifer Grindel (Jason); her grandchildren, Nicole, Jacob and Allie; and her great grandchildren, Mason and Alice. She is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Johnson County Memorial Gardens (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel & Memorial Gardens (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210).
