She is survived by: her daughters, Jaynee Bubak (Jacob) and Jayana Bubak; her parents, Frank Bubak and Marcia Bubak; her granddaughters, Jaelyn and Jordyn Bubak; her sister Angie Mussman (Chad); her grandfather Robert Daily; and her godmother Kathleen Chapman-Hadle. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, and cousins; and the many friends.
