He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Clark and Betty Licci (Courtney); his wife Karen Kay Clark (Kenney); and his brother Tim Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Amber Lea Clark-Mazurier; his brother Darren Cook; and his grandchildren, Faith and Clark Mazurier. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
