Though Terry may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Terry touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his sons, Tony Croft of Ames and Jerry Croft (Jennifer) of Kansas City; and his pet Toby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home (14275 S Black Bob Rd, Olathe, KS 66062). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Leavenworth National Cemetery (150 Muncie Rd, Leavenworth, KS 66048).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that any memorials be made to the Disabled American Veterans at DAV.org.
