He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Allen and Helen Brooks Allen (Brooks); his stepfather Charles Goff; his son Jason Allen; his granddaughter Raven; his brother-in-law Charles Littrell; and his parents-in-law, Marvin Nelson and Faith Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Sue Allen (Nelson); his daughter Jessi Lynne Davis (Allen); his grandchildren, Grace, Gage, Maggie and Marek; his daughter Jodee Allen Lewis (Clif); the mother of his child Lisa Beck; his grandchildren, Rafe and Magan Allen; his great grandchildren, Gavin (Karaanne) and Wrenleigh (Brayden); his sister Carolyn Littrell; his brothers-in-law, Randall Nelson (Carolyn) and Brad Nelson (Paula); his niece Nicole Nelson Coffey (Byron); Dakota Lewis, Karaanne Wilson Knute (Jacob), Kayleigh Wilson, Brayden Lewis and Tyler Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
