He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Sr. Kokoruda and Doris Kokoruda; and his brother Paul E. Kokoruda. He is survived by: his wife Rosalee; his children, Dana Price (Joe) and Paul J. Kokoruda (Kara); and his grandsons, Brogan and Kolton.
