He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Ann Wilmoth; his daughters, Alyssa Marie Minard of Olathe, KS. and Holly Ann Minard of Olathe, KS.; and his close friend Jennifer Shafer of Kansas. He is also survived by two aunts, several cousins and step siblings.
