He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Peter's Catholic Church; his children, Chris McCracken (Todd) and Shane Rockey (Tina); his grandchildren, Patrick, Nora, Catherine Rockey, Megan and Maddie McCracken; and his great grandchildren, Zoey and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Paul's Building Fund to honor Tom's lifelong commitment to caring for those around him, particularly those not as fortunate as he.
