He is survived by: his mother Jean Leiker of Olathe; his brother Kent Leiker (Vicki) of De Soto, KS; his niece Brittney Kinsman (Matt) of Olathe, KS; and his nephews, Andrew Leiker (Jenelle) of Lenexa, KS and Garrett Leiker (Kayla) of Paola, KS. He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
