He is survived by: his stepchildren, Scott (Deanne) of Bixby, OK, Melissa Castaldi (Todd) of Olathe, KS and Kevin of Olathe; his wife Betty Ketzle of Reynolds, IL; and his grandchildren, Blake, Kiley Hennesey of Jacksonville, FL, Cara and Cameron Castaldi of Olathe.
