He is survived by: his wife Melody Anastasio; his children, Anthony Anastasio (Courtney), Nick Anastasio (Jessica), Deanna Hawkins (Adam), Cody Anastasio (Megan), Hope Brown (Nick), Justin Sloan and Josh Sloan (Kayleena); his grandchildren, Anthony, Zane, Aaliyah, Aidan, Brysen, Paytin, Arianna, Lorenzo, Willow, Dayton, Ashton, Jace, Joseph, Ace, Violet, Scarlett, Ella, Kaylee, Colton, Cade, Sutton, Blakely, Layne, Levi, Logan, Luke, Briar and Peyton; his father Umberto (Betty); and his siblings, Kathryn, Christina and Mark.
